PLEASE note the following changes in RENTAL FEES:
Conference Room: $50 for three hours, with a $75 cleaning deposit. $60 of the cleaning deposit might be refunded after staff member inspects facilities.
The conference room will accommodate 40 people seated at tables or 84 people in an assembly setting. The room has a small kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The basic rental fee includes use of the following:
four 8 foot long tables (seats 8-10) 40 metal folding chairs coffee maker, carafes (bring coffee cups and coffee) kitchen appliances trash and recycle bins and liners
Two additional 8 foot tables may be rented for $5.00 each.
Additional folding chairs are $.75 each
The Park is open to the public during daylight hours. Areas of the park may be reservved for private parties. Barbeques are not permitted on the grounds. Alcohol is not permitted.
Gazebo - $70 for whole day
The Gazebo area accommodates approximately 25 people. Ther are two picnic tables and overhead lighting.
Covered stage/presentation area with electical outlets and lights. Five rows of raised bench seating.
Payments may be made by check or cash. Rental of the Conference Room requires cleaning/security/damage deposit to be paid at the time of rental. If the room passes cleaning inspectioin, this deposit will be refunded three to four weeks after the scheduled event.
